Best Epitaxy Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was established in November 2017. The factory is located in Zhunan Science Park with an area of 5,378 square meters. It currently has several Aixtron MOCVD machines to produce 4" and 6" epitaxy wafers, with 65 employees.
Best Epitaxy has introduced BE Epitaxy Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., which is led by a technical team of epitaxial and wafer design, in June 2021. It has invested capital and high-quality technology and purchased new machines. The production capacity will be tripled, the capital will be doubled from NT$250 million to NT$500 million, and the number of employees will also double with the expansion within 2 years.
Best Epitaxy will uphold the business philosophy of the most excellent quality, technology, service and value. With the new capital investment, innovative technology, and excellent management, in addition to the original LED and P-Sensor VCSEL epitaxial wafers, we will provide optical communication of 14G & 25G GaAs VCSEL and develop 1.3um and 1.5um EEL, which will accelerate the empowerment of the new generation of mobile phones, optical communication, data centers, self-driving cars and other industries.
Best Epitaxy has obtained ISO9001 certification in April 2020, and the new team will pursue ESG compliance as the company's goal.
